The Apartment
The apartment is approx. 115 square meters, consisting of a large living room; two bedrooms (one with direct access to the terrace); two bathrooms (one with a tub); a gallery with a double bed; a modern kitchen with open access to the living room and not least the large open terrace with the most stunning view to the sea, to the promenade and to the cosy town of Selce.

The apartment will, thus, easily contain six people with an additional two on the large sleeping couch in the living room.

The apartment is equipped with air con, large flat screen TV, satelite receiver, DVD-
player, CD-radio player, washing machine and a kitchen fully
equipped with dishwasher, etc. The apartment also contains one
baby cot and a high chair.

The apartment is situated in a quite closed compound with access
control. On the compounds are two good tennis courts (red clay).

The apartment is only approx. 20 meters from the beach with good swimming possibilities.

The apartment is close to the centre of Selce (approx. 900 meters).
